Pet Policy
- No pets allowed: Except for guide dogs and service animals.
- Guide Dogs/Service Animals: Guide dogs and service animals are welcome.
- Pet Amenities: Pet-friendly facilities are available.
- Pet Activity Area: A designated pet activity area is provided.
- To ensure the quality of stay for all our guests, we kindly request that no pets, except for guide dogs, be brought into the hotel. If necessary, pets can be temporarily placed in a pet cage at the security department on the first floor, but please make a reservation when booking your room.
- Pet Cage: The hotel provides a pet cage with dimensions of 73 cm (length), 112 cm (width), and 80 cm (height). Please note that it is not suitable for large pets.
- Food and Water: The hotel provides drinking water for pets. Pet owners are required to bring their own pet food.
- Pet Transport: Guests are also welcome to bring their own pet carriers or pet strollers, which must be placed in the designated area next to the security room.
- Emergency Contact: If your pet experiences any sudden issues, the hotel will immediately contact the pet owner for assistance.
